Man In Wheelchair Invites Juvenile To His Home For Candy: Police
A suspicious man in a wheelchair invited a juvenile to his home on Sunday morning for candy, according to Rockville City Police.

ROCKVILLE, MD — Rockville City Police are searching for a man who they say invited a juvenile back to his home for candy on Sunday morning, according to a news release.
Officers responded around 9:45 a.m. for the report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of Congressional Lane/Montrose Park. Investigators determined that an unknown man in a wheelchair had approached a young male and asked him back to his home for candy, according to police.
After walking away from the man, the boy reported the incident to his parents.

Police described the suspect as a man in his 50s, who was in a wheelchair, wearing all black clothing, a yellow bandana, and a face mask.
