ROCKVILLE, MD — Montgomery County Police arrested a masseur after he allegedly touched a female client inappropriately on the massage table in a Rockville spa, WJLA reports.

The victim told police that Jadidi digitally penetrated her with his right hand, and also grabbed one of her breasts as the massage came to an end. She said there was little chance that Jadidi touched her that way on accident.

The woman told police that when the massage ended, Jadidi allegedly gave her his business card and said he makes "home visits."

A spokesperson for the nationwide chain of franchises issued a statement regarding the incident. Part of the statement reads:

"We were appalled to hear of the allegations of sexual misconduct of our franchisee’s previously employed licensed massage therapist in Rockville, Maryland. Massage Heights Franchising has a zero tolerance policy against inappropriate behavior, including sexual misconduct. Upon learning of the allegations, the local franchisee terminated the massage therapist's employment and reported the incident to the Maryland State Board of Massage Therapy Examiners. The local franchisee is fully cooperating with authorities in the investigation. Franchisees are encouraged to conduct background and reference checks prior to hiring all licensed massage therapists. This employee was licensed by the state of Maryland, which requires thorough criminal background checks of all massage therapists before issuing and renewing licenses."

Jadidi will appear in Montgomery County District Court on April 21 for his next hearing. If he is found guilty of the two criminal charges, Jadidi could spend 11 years in prison and/or pay $3,500 in fines.
