MCDOT Plans Study For Bus Rapid Transit

MCDOT is planning to conduct a study to develop a plan for Bus Rapid Transit along the MD 355 corridor.

The Maryland Department of Transportation, in partnership with the Montgomery County Department of Transportation, is conducting a study for developing Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) along a portion of the MD 355 corridor. Two public Open Houses will be held to provide information on the BRT conceptual alternatives under study and gather community input about potential BRT service from Bethesda to Clarksburg (including along Observation Drive).
