Police are asking for the public's help in locating a 15-year-old girl who has been missing since July 11.

ROCKVILLE, MD — Montgomery County Police are asking the public's help in locating 15-year-old Sophia Isabella Roach, who has been missing since July 11.

Roach was last seen around 9:30 p.m., in the area of Executive Boulevard and Woodglen Drive in Rockville.

Police described Roach as standing 5-foot-2, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black blouse, a blue skirt and white shoes, according to police. Roach was carrying a black purse and a multi-colored duffel bag.
