Missing Boy New to Area Found Safe: Police

Authorities say the 11-year-old Gaithersburg boy was missing since Monday.

Jerome Lewis Jackson, 11, of the 18000 block of Lost Knife Circle in Gaithersburg, has been located safe and unharmed, Montgomery Police said.

A missing Gaithersburg boy who just moved to the area has been missing since Monday, and Montgomery County Police hope you’ve seen him.

Jerome Lewis Jackson, 11, of the 18000 block of Lost Knife Circle in Gaithersburg, was last seen Monday. Police say Jerome takes medication that he does not have with him. He has lived in Montgomery County for only two weeks and is unfamiliar with the area.

Jerome is described as a black male, 5’03” tall, and weighing 130 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a white R-shirt, gray skinny jeans, and red Nike tennis shoes.

Police and family are concerned for his physical and emotional welfare.
