Missing Rockville Man Last Seen On Feb. 25: Police

ROCKVILLE, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public's help finding a missing Rockville man.

Michael Lee Higgins, 29, of the 4000 block of Sweetbirch Dr., was last seen on Feb. 25 at about 11 p.m., authorities said.

Investigators describe Higgins as a 5-foot-9, 165-pound male with green eyes and short brown hair.

Family and law enforcement officials are concerned for his wellbeing.
