Missing Rockville Man Found Dead in Apparent Suicide: Update

Montgomery County Police say a missing Rockville man who had talked about suicide was found dead in Washington, DC.

UPDATED at 11:45 a.m. ROCKVILLE, MD — Montgomery County Police say a missing Rockville man reported missing on Sunday was found dead in the District of Columbia. There is no foul play suspected in his death, authorities say.

Nathanael John Cook, 29, shared a residence with his mother in 13700 block of Flint Rock Road in Rockville. Family members had not heard from him and ewre unable to contact him because he is without phone service. Police had asked for the public's help in finding Cook.

He is described as a white male, 5′ 8″ tall, and weighs 180 pounds. Cook's family have told police that he made suicidal statements in the past.
