Missing: Rockville Teen Left Home Monday

Family members and the Montgomery County police are concerned about the welfare of Kevin Michael Franklin, 14.

ROCKVILLE, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking the public for help in locating a missing Rockville teenager. Kevin Michael Franklin, 14, of the 1700 block of Pitt Place, was last seen by family members when he left his home on foot at about 5:30 p.m. Monday, the police said.

Franklin was last seen wearing a blue zip-up hoodie, a green long-sleeve shirt, blue and white Adidas track pants and white tennis shoes.

The police and family members are concerned about his welfare.
