Montgomery County Schools Make March 14 Weather Decision

ROCKVILLE, MD — Montgomery County Public Schools will be closed Tuesday, March 14, because of the winter storm forecast to move through the area. No decision has yet been made on a late start for Wednesday, March 15, but it would cancel some classes. (Get Patch’s daily newsletter and real-time news alerts, or like us on Facebook.)

According to a news release from the school system, Montgomery County Public Schools will be closed March 14 because of emergency weather conditions. All school and community activities in school buildings are also canceled.

Administrative offices and day care programs in school buildings are also closed Tuesday.
