A special education teacher at Rockville's Blair G. Ewing Center was found dead inside her home in what police believe was a murder-suicide.

ROCKVILLE, MD — A Montgomery County special education teacher and her boyfriend were found dead inside a Clinton home Monday night in what police believe was a murder-suicide.
Prince George's County Police identified the couple as 46-year-old Anika Browne and 49-year-old Gordon Johnson, who lived together in a home on E. Boniwood Turn. Authorities say they were called to the home shortly after 10 p.m. to conduct a welfare check when they found Browne "lying unresponsive in a bedroom" with gunshot wounds. Johnson was found dead in the same bedroom with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Detectives are still searching for a motive.
