New Asian Hot Pot Restaurant Opens In Rockville
Little Dipper Hot Pot House lets guests cook their meals at their table.
ROCKVILLE, MD — A new restaurant called Little Dipper Hot Pot House opened Thursday in Rockville Town Square, Bethesda Magazine reports. The restaurant lets diners cook their own Asian noodle and rice dishes at the table.
Little Dipper Hot Pot House serves hot pot soup in individual bowls. Diners can then choose their own protein, heat level and extra ingredients like noodles, vegetables and rice, and cook their own meal at the table using the open flame. Diners can choose from six different options for dippers, including: spicy, miso, curry, tomato, Thai and veggies.
Lunch costs $11.99 and comes with a complementary iced green or iced black tea. Dinner costs $13.99.

This is the second Little Dipper Hot Pot House location. There's also one in Falls Church, VA that opened in 2016.
The Falls Church location has great Yelp reviews, with most people highlighting the service, the comforting broth and the reasonable prices.

As of now, the Rockville location is only accepting cash.
The restaurant seats about 90 people and is open 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and again from 5 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays; and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays at 101 Gibbs St. Unit A.
