Peeping Tom Sought By Police After Filming Woman In Rockville

According to police, the incident happened in January at a department store in Rockville.

ROCKVILLE, MD — Montgomery County police are searching for a man they say filmed a woman as she was trying on clothes in a Rockville dressing room.

According to police, the incident occurred on Jan. 16 around 3:15 p.m. at H&M, located at 11850 Grand Park Ave.

Police said the woman was trying on clothes when she heard a noise coming from an adjacent dressing room. She walked out and saw a man standing on a chair, holding a cell phone over the dividing wall. The suspect then left the scene.

Police released a description of the man after reviewing surveillance footage. The suspect is described as a white male who is approximately 5-feet 8-inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has a medium build. He was wearing black-framed glasses, a black beanie, a black leather jacket with white and brown prints on the front and back, dark jeans, and blue and white Adidas shoes.
