New Photos From Armed Robbery Show 2 Suspects, 1 Man Rockville Police Seek To Interview
Police wish to interview a person captured on a surveillance video during Monday night's attempted armed robbery at a Rockville gas station.
ROCKVILLE, MD — Rockville City Police additional photos from Monday night's attempted armed robbery at the Exxon Gas Station in the 200 block of N. Washington Street, according to a release.
The new photos show the two suspects, as well as a third person, whom police wish to speak to about the incident.
Investigators determined that around 8:15 p.m., a customer, who was filling up their car with gas was approached by two men. One of the men pointed a gun at the customer and demanded their keys.

Refusing the request, the victim drew the attention of other customers nearby. This prompted the two men to flee south on North Washington Street without taking the victim's car or any personal property, according to police.
Anyone with information about this incident or who can identify any of the three people in the surveillance photos is asked to call the RCPD Criminal Investigations Unit at 240-314-8938. Detailed information can also be submitted online via the city's Anonymous Suspicious Activity Report.
