Police Need Help Identifying Pedestrian Hit in Rockville
Montgomery County Police say a man hit on a Rockville street is unconscious, and officers need help identifying the victim.

ROCKVILLE, MD — A pedestrian hit by a car on a Rockville street Sunday night is hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, and police are asking for help from the public to identify the man, who remains unconscious.
Montgomery County Police say the accident happened shortly before 9 p.m. at Norbeck Road (Route 28) and Baltimore Road in Rockville.
Investigators say Jum Soon Kim of Burtonsville was driving a 1999 Acura Integra eastbound on Norbeck Road. As Kim went through the intersection of Baltimore Road, she struck a pedestrian crossing Norbeck Road on the east side of the intersection. The adult male pedestrian was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. He remains unconscious.

Detectives need the public’s assistance in identifying the pedestrian, described as a Hispanic man who is possibly 35 to 45 years old. Anyone with information about the accident or the pedestrian’s identity is asked to call 240.773.6620.
