Rockville Invites Students to Enter Artwork in Special Show
Submissions are due in mid-February to exhibit your artwork at Glenview Mansion Art Gallery.

Budding artists may exhibit their artwork at Glenview Mansion Art Gallery in February.
The gallery is gearing up for its annual student art show that will feature artwork from Rockville students in grades K-12. Students who live or attend school in Rockville may deliver one 2-D or 3-D art piece for display in the gallery. All artwork will be displayed, and works from students in grades 4-12 will be judged for ribbons.

Artwork can be dropped off at the mansion (located in Rockville Civic Center Park, 603 Edmonston Drive) on Sunday, Feb. 15, between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m.
The free opening reception for the show is Sunday, Feb. 22, from 1:30-3:30 p.m., with refreshments available in the mansion dining room. Ribbons will be awarded at 2 p.m.

Students may pick up their artwork on Thursday, March 5, from 5-7 p.m. and Friday, March 6, from 2-5 p.m.
The Glenview Mansion Art Gallery is located on the second floor of the mansion in Rockville Civic Center Park, at 603 Edmonston Drive. It hosts month-long exhibitions featuring the work of local visual artists and performing groups.
Admission to the gallery is free. Gallery hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; and Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. The gallery is closed on City holidays. It is wheelchair accessible.
