(Update) Police Find Rockville Man Missing From Homeless Shelter

A man missing from the Montgomery County Men's Emergency Shelter in Rockville has been found.

(Updated at 9:10 a.m. Wednesday) ROCKVILLE, MD — Montgomery County Police say a missing Rockville area man — Philip Richard Horner, 62, who lives at the Montgomery County Men’s Emergency Shelter, 600 East Gude Drive — has been found. He was reported missing by shelter staff.

Philip Richard Horner is described as a white man, 5’ 9” tall and weighing about 145 pounds. He is balding with brown and gray hair and has brown eyes. Horner is known to frequent the Rockville Town Center area.

Authorities say Horner does not have his prescribed medication with him and police and family members are concerned for his emotional and physical well-being.
