Rockville Woman, 19, Critically Injured In Bethesda Crash Dies: Police
A 19-year-old woman died from injuries she sustained when the car she was a passenger in crashed into a utility pole on Sunday morning.
ROCKVILLE, MD — A 19-year-old from Rockville was identified as one of the victims in Saturday morning's double fatal collision in North Bethesda, according to police release.
Around 4:07 a.m., the driver of a black 2012 Infiniti G37 lost control of the vehicle, which struct the center median, before careening off the road and collided into a utility pole on Montrose Road near Hitching Post Lane, according to Montgomery County Police.
Kailey Briana Vigil of Rockville was transported in critical condition to a nearby hospital, but died from her injuries on Monday. Another passenger, 19-year-old Leslie Kristin Ventura of Germantown, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

The driver, who sustained minor injuries, was treated at an area hospital. Another passenger left the crash scene prior to the arrival of police.
