Saks OFF 5th Store Coming to Clarksburg Outlet Mall
The outlet version of Saks Fifth Avenue will open in October at Clarksburg Premium Outlets, the chain says.
Clarksburg, MD — An outlet version of Saks Fifth Avenue will open this fall at the new Clarksburg Premium Outlets in Montgomery County.
The 27,900-square-foot Clarksburg OFF 5th will open in late October, one of about 100 name-brand outlet stores planned for the outlet mall, reports WTOP.
That location will be the first OFF 5th store in the region, and will be next door to a 37,00-square-foot Nordstrom Rack store.

Located in Clarksburg at the intersection of I-270 and Clarksburg Road, the Saks OFF 5th will feature designer fashion, accessories, and footwear for men and women, boasting in-season and on-trend offerings from more than 800 leading designer brands.

“We are very excited to bring Saks OFF 5TH ‘thrill-of-the-hunt‘ experience to shoppers in Clarksburg,” said Jonathan Greller, president, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, in a news release. “We continue to explore opportunities in this region and look forward to welcoming shoppers to the new store and becoming part of the Clarksburg community.”
The new Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH will be located at exit 18 off the I-270.
