Save the Date: Uncorked Wine and Music Festival

Here's the full schedule for this Saturday's event.

Cooking demonstrations and wine tastings are just two of the festivities at Rockville’s Uncorked Wine and Music Festival, which kicks off noon Saturday in Rockville Town Square.

The event, which wraps up around 6 p.m., will also feature live music on two stages: Plaza Stage and Maryland Avenue Stage.

Admission to watch the cooking demonstrations and listen to music is free for those under 21.

Chef Jeff Eng from Clyde’s Towers Oaks Lodge will present cooking demonstrations from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., and chefs Brian and Sandy Patterson will present from L’Academie de Cuisine from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Tickets for the wine tasting cost $15. They can be pre-purchased online or at tasting sales booths the day of the event. Find a full list of participating wineries online.

Paid parking for the event is available in any of the Rockville Town Square parking garages. Free parking is available at Rockville City Hall, County Government garages and the parking lot north of Beall Avenue.

Public transit is available Metro’s Red Line to the Rockville Station. The festival is located two blocks west of the station at Middle Lane and Maryland Ave.
