I noticed a trend at the high school where I teach: Superhero footwear. One of my students showed up with winged feet the day I was supposed to start my introduction to mythology lesson. I had to take a picture. In the hallways, I noticed Captain America socks and Superman socks months before ex-presidents started wearing them. Students may need superhero powers to pass the new assessments that are coming our way.
