Students Participate In Youth Town Hall Meeting In Rockville

ROCKVILLE, MD — Students had the opportunity to speak with the Montgomery County Council during a youth town hall meeting Wednesday night. The event was hosted by the Montgomery County Council.

“Young people from every area of our County are stepping up to show adults what leadership looks like,” said Council President Hans Riemer. “From school safety and gun control to social justice and mental health issues, our students are motivated and engaged in political discourse. We want to hear directly from them about what they need for their futures.”
