What's Open, Closed in Rockville for Fourth of July 2015?

Some city offices and services will not be available as workers celebrate Independence Day on July 3.

Rockville City Hall will be closed Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day. Most other Rockville facilities will operate as usual.

Parking fees at city-owned meters will be suspended on Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4.

The Rockville Senior Center will be closed Friday, July 3, and will open for its normal hours on Saturday, July 4.

Lincoln Park, Thomas Farm and Twinbrook community centers and Croydon Creek Nature Center will open on their normal schedules on Friday, July 3 and will be closed on Saturday, July 4.

The Rockville Swim and Fitness Center will operate on a normal summer schedule on Friday, July 3, and Sunday, July 5 and will close at 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 4. Summer hours for individual swim center facilities can be found at www.rockvillemd.gov/swimcenter.

F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre and the box office will be open for its normal hours (2-7 p.m.) on Friday, July 3, and will be closed on Saturday, July 4. Tickets are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at www.rockvillemd.gov/theatre.

Rockville Civic Center Park offices, including Glenview Mansion and the Glenview Mansion Art Gallery will be closed on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4.

Recycling, yard waste and refuse collection will not be affected as they are not normally collected on Fridays.
