• UPDATE: Severna Park Man Charged In Fatal Hit-And-Run On Ritchie Highway (thebaynet.com) — Police have confirmed that Severna Park resident Michael Garner Hilliard, 56, is charged in the fatal October 3 hit-and-run that killed a pedestrian in the Ritchie Highway and Magothy Bridge Road crosswalk. Investigators continue reconstructing the crash and are still asking Severna Park residents for any information about the Santorini Black Land Rover's movements that night.

Neighbors describe Reynolds as deeply involved in Severna Park's community and youth leagues, and a fundraiser for his family has already raised more than $20,000 while the suspect is held without bond.
