Earleigh Heights Volunteer Fire Station Needs Sponsors for Bull Roast Fundraiser

A call for sponsors, support your local volunteer fire department:

The Earleigh Heights Volunteer Fire Company has a long and distinguished history of achievements in the Severna Park area.  As a landmark in Anne Arundel County, EHVFC’s station is known to many throughout the community. 

During the next couple of years several major changes will be necessary in order for the firehouse to continue to operate in a productive manner. 

Renovations are needed in the engine bays, offices, bunk rooms, locker rooms, and hall.   While the 52 year old station needs renovations we also are scheduled to replace a fire engine within the next two years to perform our duties efficiently and effectively. 

In the past EHVFC has held many fundraisers in an attempt to offset the cost of maintaining services.  Fundraisers included annual carnivals, Bull & Oyster Roasts, and Bingo on Wednesday nights. On  Feb. 27, the station will hold the annual Bull & Oyster Roast to raise funds for operations and maintenance.

EHVFC is asking for community involvement from local businesses to sponsor our fundraisers. Your support in this endeavor will not only help with our impending renovations, but also with our monthly expenditures to continue our commitment to the community and our neighbors. 

Please consider supporting us with one of the levels of sponsorship listed below:

Silent Auction Items: (Donation of your choice)

As a thank you for your donation you will receive:

•   Business Name and Logo recognition

Bronze Sponsor:  ($250)

As a thank you for sponsoring at the Bronze level you will receive:

•        Two tickets to the Bull Roast.

• Business Name and Logo goes on flyer that is advertising the event.

• At the event your business name will appear on a sign in the  Pit Beef area.

 Silver Sponsor:  ($500)

As a thank you for sponsoring at the Silver level you will receive:

•    Four tickets to the Bull Roast

•  Business Name and Logo goes on flyer that is advertising the event.

•  At the event your business name will appear on a sign in the Pit Beef area.

•  A sign showing the business name and logo will be put at one of the locations of the games (e.g. Money Wheel, Poker Table, etc.).

• A sign on the door as people enter the event featuring your business name and logo.

Gold Sponsor:  ($1,000)

As a thank you for sponsoring at the Gold level the business will receive:

•  Eight tickets to the Bull Roast (1 whole table).

•  Business name and logo goes on flyer that is advertising the event.

•  At the event your business name and logo will appear on a sign by the Pit Beef Area.

•  A sign showing your business name and logo will be put at every game location in the hall (e.g. Money Wheel, Poker Table, etc).

• Color sign on the door as people enter the event featuring your business and logo.

•  A flyer on every table at the event featuring your name and business.

•  Your business card attached to every non-cash prize handed out or won at the event.
