Blame the Poor Protect the Rich.

I'm probably in the minority but it seems to me that it is more important to take care of the developmentally or mentally disabled or challenged to enable them to live a life of at least some comfort and enjoyment, and to help support their families who also suffer difficulties and depressions that is hard to imagine, unless you have been there, than it is to cut taxes to the richest Americans, which seems to be the main task in the lives of too many of us nowadays.
Just saying.
