Celebrate Earth Day with Benfield Elementary
The school will host an Earth Day funfest on Friday.
On Friday evening you can join Benfield Elementary in its quest to help protect the planet with first-hand animal stories told by a National Geographic herpetologist.
National Geographic Reptile Expert Dr. Brady Barr is the first scientist ever to capture and study all 23 species of crocodiles in the wild. On Friday, Barr will host a presentation at Benfield Elementary.
For more than 20 years, Barr has had hands-on experience with crocodiles in their natural habitat to help understand how to best preserve them in the wild.
