Severna Park Patch: What is your favorite song in the production?
Sydney Biuk: Really just watching how everybody from different social groups comes together and performs as one.
Severna Park Patch: Why should people come see the show?
Biuk: It’s a really great experience. You can really kind of find yourself if you have never figured out you can sing and dance. Seeing Rock ‘n’ Roll Revival when I was 2 made me realize I love singing and dancing.

Severna Park Patch: What else do you do at school besides Rock ‘n’ Roll?
Biuk: It’s not at the school, but I’m in a musical at the Maryland Performing Arts Center. It’s called Law and Order, and I am the lead detective
Severna Park Patch: Why did you want to be in Rock ‘n’ Roll Revival?
Biuk: Since I auditioned and I didn’t get in, I wanted to still be a part of the show. I didn’t sign up for tech in the beginning, so makeup was the next choice.
Severna Park Patch: What do you like most about being involved behind the scenes?
Biuk: I feel like it is a lot better to be behind the scenes to see how everything is put together. It is nice to be on stage, but people forget how much goes into putting the whole thing together and how much time they put into it.
Rock 'n' Roll Revival will continue to run March 15-16; however, all performances are sold out. "Stand-by" tickets may be available to performances on Friday and Saturday—see the parent volunteers at "will call" 45 minutes before curtain time.
