Sofi’s Crepes Coming to Severna Park

A business devoted entirely to crepes has plans to open up a Severna Park location.

Sofi’s Crepes will open at 560 Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard, next to The Big Bean. The Severna Park location is owned by Abby Larkin. The shop claims to have “mastered the art of crepes” and hopes to open in July, according to its Facebook page.

Named after the franchise owner’s dog, Sofi’s Crepes has several locations throughout Maryland, including one in Annapolis. The menu features breakfast, lunch and “sweet” crepes in a wide variety of combinations.

A few items on Sofi’s Crepes menu include: The Kevin Bacon, Crepe Florentine, The God Father, Nutty Banana and a create your own section.

According to its website, Sofi’s Crepes franchise owner Ann Costlow decided to open a business specializing in crepes after she spent some time in France. Everything at Sofi’s Crepes is fresh, natural and mostly homemade.

“Our choices of sweet and savory crepes are filled, folded, wrapped and handed to you in one neat package that you can eat on the go or sit at our outside tables and enjoy,” Costlow wrote. “Sofi’s Crepes is a tremendous experience for the eyes, nose and especially the taste buds.”
