
Ever wanted to run a 5K but not sure where to begin? Spark Running offers a beginner's 5K class, that guides athletes over the course of 9 weeks from a 20 minute walk up to running a full 3.1 miles. This class is designed for people who have never run before, or have taken some time off from running, although all levels are welcome. The class meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:15pm.
