With New Year’s diets getting old and the isolation of winter weather upon us, sometimes a good, hot homemade breakfast or lunch is just the ticket.

Thanks to the recent move over to Park Plaza in Severna Park, is catering to the morning crowd with eye-opening meals to start your day.

Eggs, french toast, a selection of Eggs Benedict, delicious pancakes (including a seasonal pumpkin pancake in the fall), steak and eggs, and also low-carb breakfast choices.

If that isn't enough, there's also a Backpacker's Pie, chipped beef, gigantic Belgian waffles and a variety of pan omellets.

Open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily, lunch is served weekdays after 10:30 a.m. and includes grilled sandwiches, salads, cold platters and a kiddie menu.

This is a gem in Severna Park. The staff is always friendly too.
