Where Was This Picture Taken?

Here are this week's Scene Around Town photos sent in by Patch contributor and roving reporter Valerie Gardiner.

It is located somewhere in the Severna Park area. "I was very puzzled at it as it suddenly appeared on the horizon this week," wrote Val in an email.

Do you know where new water tower (that right now resembles a rocket ship) is located?

Sunday Update: Two Patch viewers guessed the location- It is being constructed off of Old Jumpers Hole Road, near the former Lucky's market, on the right side of the road.
