2 First-Degree Arrest Warrants Issued In Silver Spring Fatal Shooting
Montgomery County homicide detectives are seeking the public's help in locating two men wanted for a fatal shooting in Silver Spring.

SILVER SPRING, MD — Homicide detectives with Montgomery County Police are asking for the public's help in locating two men in connection with the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Deandre Keith Ellis in Silver Spring.
Around 10:17 p.m., on March 5, officers responded for a welfare check in the 900 block of Bonifant Street. Police found Ellis deceased inside his car.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy and determined that Ellis had died from a gunshot wound and ruled it as a homicide.

Police arrested two suspects in connection with the case. Kajohn McCombs and Ahmahd McCombs, both 22, were charged with first-degree murder on March 14. They remain in custody without bond.
Through their investigation, detectives identified 21-year-old D’Andre Lukes and 24-year-old D’Angelo Holley as suspects in connection with Ellis' death.

On Oct. 19, detectives obtained arrest warrants for Lukes and Holley, charging them with first-degree murder.
