Caribbean-American Heritage Month Festival - June 11

Caribbean-American Heritage Month Festival at the Silver Spring Library, 900 Wayne Avenue, will be held on Saturday, June 11, form 1 to 4 pm. Activities will include:

• Storytelling by Kwesi Oginga, author and featured Visual Artist at 2015 Discover Strathmore
• The White House Studios featuring Caribbean Dances
• Kite-making demonstrations Caribbean fashion show (wear your traditional costume)
