SILVER SPRING — A 6-year-old child was injured Wednesday after being hit by a FedEx truck near Manchester and Schuyler roads, per media reports.
According to DC News Now, the child had run into the roadway after school at the time of the crash.
Per WTOP, the child's injuries were minor, and the FedEx driver returned after briefly leaving the scene.
