Chipotle To Donate Half Its Proceeds To DC Area YMCAs

SILVER SPRING, MD — Chipotle restaurants are offering 50 percent of their proceeds to local YMCA's around the DC area Thursday, March 23.

“The fundraiser is a part of ‘Caring for the Community,’ which helps sustain and continue our programs,” Carson Henry, executive director of YMCA Youth and Family Services’, told Montgomery Community Media.

Patrons should tell Chipotle staff that they wish to contribute their funds to the YMCA when checking out and bring in the flyer or show the flyer on your cell phone. Fifty percent of your meal will then be donated to the Y.

Chipotle locations in the Metropolitan Washington area include: Annapolis, Baltimore, Bethesda, Bowie, Chevy Chase, Clinton, Edgewater, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Greenbelt, Hyattsville, Kensington, Laurel, Olney, Rockville, Severna Park and Silver Spring.
