Requirements:To qualify to sit for the CHISP® exam you must successfully complete ONE of the following:
Training:ASHIM Health IT Professional Training ProgramMicrosoft certificationCisco CertificationDegree in Computer ScienceDiploma from an approved post secondary program
OR
Have at least three years working IT experience which may be hardware, software, data, or clinical IT related.
