The award winning SENIOR FIT program is being offered Fridays at Springvale Terrace Retirement Community at 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Senior Fit is a FREE 45-minute exercise class for people 55 and older. SENIOR FIT is a partnership of Holy Cross Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Montgomery County Department of Recreation and Springvale Terrace. Springvale Terrace is located at 8505 Springvale Road, in downtown Silver Spring.
