Free Computer Lab for Non-Profit Organizations in Montgomery County

Montgomery County Students Information Technology Foundation, Inc. (ITF)

The Montgomery County Students Information Technology Foundation, Inc. (ITF) will award a refurbished computer lab to a Montgomery County (501)(c)(3) non-profit organization. The lab will consist of six reconditioned computers with operating systems, flat panel LCD monitors, keyboards, mice, and one printer.

Applications can be found online at www.itfcareers.org or foundationsfb.org. Additionally, interested parties may contact Kelly Johnson by e-mail (Kelly_R_Johnson@mcpsmd.org) or by phone (301.929.2197) with any questions or for an application. Completed applications must be received by October 2, 2015. The gifting ceremony will occur November 19, 2015 at the Thomas Edison High School of Technology.

The ITF is a non-profit organization within Montgomery County established by the Montgomery County business and professional community and Montgomery County Public Schools. The foundation utilizes computer donations to teach students how to operate and repair computer systems. Students earn valuable computer certifications that will prepare them for educational opportunities or direct entry into the information technology job market.
