Get Free Treats In Silver Spring On First Day Of Spring 2019

SILVER SPRING, MD — Rita's and Dairy Queen are both offering free treats to celebrate the start of spring. It's expected to be sunny with temperatures in the mid-50s, so you may be able to enjoy dessert outside (finally).

Rita's will give away a free small Italian ice to all customers who stop by on Wednesday, March 20.
