Holiday Lights 2022: Silver Spring Home Boasts Eclectic Display

SILVER SPRING, MD — Patch recently invited it readers from all over Maryland to submit photos of their holiday light displays to share their seasonal with their neighbors.

Everett Redmond, who lives at 1609 Sherwood Road in Silver Spring, sent in photos of his holiday decorations.

"The theme for our house is an eclectic mix of holiday animals, science, athletics, and scuba diving," Redmond said, in an email to Patch. "All of the unique motifs on the house were personally handmade. For the best viewing, drive down the hill on Sherwood."

The lights at Redmond's home are on daily from 4:30 p.m. to midnight and 6:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. in the morning.
