SILVER SPRING, MD — A man accused of inappropriately touching himself in a Silver Spring theater on March 8 has been captured in a surveillance photo, which Montgomery County Police have released in hopes that the public can help identify him.

Around 1:30 p.m., a man entered the AFI Silver Theater and Cultural Center at 8633 Colesville Rd. and approached a female employee who was working in the cafe area. According to authorities, the suspect spoke with the employee before inappropriately touching himself.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect or who has information about this incident is asked to call police at 240-773-6800. Anonymous tipsters may call the county's Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477). A cash reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest in this case.
