Koons Of Silver Spring Signs World Cup Champ As Spokesperson
Rose Lavelle, breakout star on the U.S. women's national team, is now a spokesperson for a Silver Spring automotive dealership.

SILVER SPRING, MD — Rose Lavelle, the World Cup breakout star who scored the final goal against the Netherlands this summer, is the new spokesperson for Koons of Silver Spring. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Lavelle is a midfielder for the Washington Spirit of the National Women's Soccer League. The team plays most of its home games at the Maryland SoccerPlex in Boyds.
During the World Cup, Lavelle played for the U.S. women's national team. Her goal cemented the U.S. team's win over the Netherlands.

"It's a great opportunity to work with a company as involved in the community as Koons of Silver Spring," said Lavelle. "I love living here and playing for the Spirit, so it means a lot to me to be able to represent the D.C. Metro area."
The sponsorship between Lavelle and the automotive dealership begins in Fall 2019 and continues through 2020.
