Korean Chain Bibibop Asian Grill Now Open In Silver Spring
The fast-casual Korean eatery opened Tuesday on Ellsworth Drive.
SILVER SPRING, MD — The Korean-inspired, fast-casual Bibibop Asian Grill opened Tuesday at 935 Ellsworth Drive.
The restaurant focuses on promoting it's signature "WELL B-ING" through healthy food that offers a fresh spin on the traditional Korean dish bibimbap, meaning mixed rice. Each customer can build his or her own Bibibop from a unique mix of rice, fresh vegetables, proteins and complementing Asian-inspired sauces.
The Ohio-based chain offers rice bowls with your choice of meat or tofu, toppings, sauces and side dishes such as miso soup, edamame or kimchi. Customers can also order a salad or a roll instead of rice.
