So much for the false promises of a sanitary kitchen to be maintained by LW food service contractor Perrie, LLC and General Manager Kevin Flannery's transparency and assurances of County Health Department compliance:

Montgomery County Health Department Inspection 4/5/17:
"Mice droppings observed under the shelves used to store bread"

"Employee observed returning to kitchen and handle food without washing their hands"

"Chemicals are being stored in the bottom shelf of the large prep table with food"

"Raw food is being stored above ready to eat food.

3/21/17: "Containers of raw food stored on upper shelves over containers of cooked food in reach of refrigerator on cook line"
