The arrival of F21 Red bolsters the findings of a nationwide survey recently commissioned by Petrie Richardson Ventures (PRV), one of the mall's two developers.
The survey "underscored that consumers choose to shop in-store over online stores when there is a wide variety of stores and products – with 84 percent of respondents citing it as a primary motivator. Additionally, 85 percent of respondents cited the physical experience – holding or trying on clothes – as a motivator for shopping at shopping malls or retail centers," PRV said in a statement.
