SILVER SPRING, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public's help finding a missing Silver Spring man.
Justin Paul Francis Jefferson Smith, 40, was last seen leaving his apartment located in the 8500 block of 16th St. on Saturday, June 1, police said.
Authorities say Smith does not have a vehicle and his family is concerned for his wellbeing.
