Police Say Missing Silver Spring Woman Found Safe: UPDATE

Silver Spring's Michelle Alejandra Serrano-Garcia​, last seen on Wednesday, Feb. 13, was found safe and unharmed.

SILVER SPRING, MD — In a Friday morning update, Montgomery County officials say Michelle Alejandra Serrano-Garcia has been located and is safe.


(Original post) SILVER SPRING, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing Silver Spring woman.

Michelle Alejandra Serrano-Garcia, 20, of the 11000 block of Old Columbia Pike, was last seen leaving work on Olney-Sandy Spring Road around 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Investigators describe Serrano-Garcia as a 5-foot, 90-pound female with brown hair and brown eyes. Family members and law enforcement officials are concerned for her wellbeing.

Police ask that anyone with information about Serrano-Garcia's whereabouts call the department's 24-hour, non-emergency number: 301-279-8000. Callers can remain anonymous.
