Montgomery Co. Police Seek Public's Help Finding Mother, Daughter

SILVER SPRING, MD – Montgomery County Police are seeking the public's help locating a Silver Spring woman and her 9-year-old daughter.

Ashley Spicer, 35, and her daughter, Israel Burks, were recently reported missing, according to police. Spicer and Burks moved from their Cameron Street home and their current wherabouts are unknown.

According to police, Spicer did not communicate her future plan's with Burks' father. Spicer and her daughter were last seen together Aug. 30 in Bethesda.

Police are hoping to locate Spicer and her daughter to check their wellbeing.
