“Our goal is to help bring great products into this community,” said the head of public relations for Global Food Market Silver Spring Jai Kim, according to Montgomery Community Media. “We also wanted to provide a place where people who have limited access to transportation, could get these type of diverse products right in the middle of their own neighborhood versus traveling far out.”
The store hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday. During the summer months, Kim said the store hours will be extended to 10 p.m., according to Montgomery Community Media.
