Registered Sex Offenders in Leisure World

FYI: Leisure World grandparents need to know re: registered sex offenders in Leisure World

There is a huge overall security gap regarding non-resident Metro bus riders entering Leisure World multiple times daily, leaving them free to roam at will throughout the Leisure World campus.
Shocking and disturbing are the predatory actions for which the men listed on the State of Maryland Registered Sex Offenders Registry have been convicted. 7 are working and living in Leisure World.
Those with visiting children especially have the right and need to know -- that's why the law requires their life long registration on the publicly accessible State sexual offender registry.

This is NOT to say these men will do anything to harm anyone - however, Leisure World nor the mutuals in which they live - have failed to identify their presence to residents.

3 of the 7 State of Maryland/Montgomery County registered sex offenders residing or working in Leisure World of Maryland, live in Montgomery Mutual.

One of the 7 currently listed was employed by Leisure World until just recently when he is reported to have moved to Florida.

The photo and description of one previously listed sexual offender registrant has been removed from the previous SOR list. His wife asked that his information be removed because a judge overturned 1 count, and ordered his SOR removal. She identified that the Leisure World work address in the SOR listing is that of McFall & Berry Landscape Co., where he worked as applying toxic lawn chemicals as an IPM technician.
Last month, the most recent addition to the offender list moved into a Montgomery Mutual-Somerset Section ground floor apartment with a walk out patio entry facing the Montgomery Mutual Broadwalk. These these 2 young boys, (unaccompanied by an adult) playing ball directly in front of the recently occupied Montgomery Mutual ground level patio accessible apartment. This photo was taken to remind grandparents that caution must be taken when their visiting children are allowed go out to play in Leisure World without supervision:
